We cannot offer free shipping on orders over $100 on items that are unusually heavy or that require insurance - like so many of our magnifying mirrors. As several are quite expensive, the safety of the shipment is of utmost importance. We will contact you to confirm shipping method.

Return/exchange policy
If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund of purchase price or exchange it with no hassles. You have to call us or email us to get return authorization before you return the merchandise. Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. Send your package insured and prepaid. Include your packing slip or invoice number and reason for return or exchange. We do not refund shipping and handling fees unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. A receipt must accompany the returned merchandise.
